Decorating Modern Wine Rack

Jun 24th

Modern wine rack can be more than functional. It can also be beautiful. They can be decorated in an instant and lend themselves well to themes littered with the Roman god Bacchus, grape leaves and some pieces of wine-themed art. The key to creating a truly beautiful wine rack like this is to decorate it in such a way that the decoration enhances instead of unbearable. In the best sense, it becomes a mere extension of the zipper instead of a few separate pieces that were added later. Decorate more than the wine rack itself. Including the wall behind the rack, as well as the shelf or counter in which the rack sits will help to pull everything together so that the rack does not look like a floating piece by itself in the room.

Go shopping to get the supplies. You can buy grape leaves and plastic silk grapes and the tools to paint in the decoration or craft stores. The tapestries, napkins and prints that you can get in furniture stores, but sometimes even the dollar stores have them. The source of the wall you can order or found in a home and garden store. Sketch the layout of all the pieces of the wine gallery once you have finished your purchases. Be sure to include the placement of the templates in your drawings.

Paint any templates you want on the screen. Let dry. Move the exposure table to its place against the wall. Place a decorative cloth on the table. This will go under the wine rack. You can often find the really beautiful ones in the second hand or dollar stores. Brocade patterns work well for the wine motif. Place the wine rack on the decorative fabric. Next, arrange a few twigs of the silk leaves and the bunches of grapes in it. These you can place on top or covered over the necks of the wine bottles.

Make wine labels with handmade paper. Then, you cut them out and write the name of the wine on each label. Next, make a hole in the label using the punch. Tie the labels on the corresponding bottle using the ribbon. Put your wine in the slots of the grid. The labels should hang down so that you can read what type of wine is inside each bottle without throwing the wine out of the modern wine rack.
